Morna Snowflake

Pattern:

Start with magic ring.

Round 1: chain 3 (count as triple crochet), yo 2 times, insert hook in the ring, yo, pull through st, yo, pull through 2 loops on hook - 2 times, repeat one more time, pull through all 4 loops on the hook, chain 3. *Treble Cluster, chain 3* repeat 5 times. Slip stitch in the top of the first cluster.

Round 2: *chain 8, dc in the 3rd chain and in the next 2 chains, chain 4, dc in the 3rd chain and in the next chain and in the top of the 3rd dc of the first 3 dc group (heart made), slip stitch in the next 3 chains below, 2 sc in the chain 3 space, chain 13, dc in the 3rd chain and in the next chain and in the top of the 3rd dc of the first 3 dc group (heart made), slip stitch in the next 8 chains below, 2 sc in the same chain 3 space* repeat 5 more times. Fasten off.

Crochet Thread No. 10
Crochet Hook Size 1.75 mm

Stitches & Abbreviations | US Terms

CH - Chain(s)
SL ST - Slip Stitch
STS - Stitches
SC - Single Crochet
HDC - Half Double Crochet
DC - Double Crochet
TRC - Triple Crochet

Pattern:

Start with a magic ring.

Round 1: {SC - HDC - DC - TR - *CH 8 - DC in the 3rd CH from the hook and in each of the next 2 CH* (first half heart made) repeat 2 more times for the 2nd and 3rd half hearts. Working in the opposite side, ** CH 4 - DC in the 3rd CH from the hook and in the next CH - DC in the top of the next DC (second half of the heart made) - SL ST in the next 3 CH below - SL ST in the next DC** repeat 2 more times to complete the 2 hearts - TR - DC - HDC - SC in the ring} repeat 5 more times. SL ST in the starting SC and fasten off.

Pattern:

Starts with magic ring

Round 1: *CH 8 - SL ST in the 5th CH from the hook and into the next 3 CH below - 3 SC in the magic ring* repeat 5 more times.

Round 2: SL ST into the next 3 CH and into the CH-4 space - CH 3 (count as first DC) 2 DC - CH 3 - 3 DC into the same CH-4 space - CH 1, * 3 DC - CH 3 - 3 DC in the next CH-4 space - CH 1 * repeat 4 more times, SL ST in the top of the first DC.

Round 3: CH 1 *SC in each of the next 3 DC and into the next CH-3 space - CH 15 - SC in the same CH-3 space - CH 8 - SC in the same CH-3 space - CH 8 - DC in the 3rd CH from the hook and into the next 2 CH - CH 4 - DC in the 3rd chain from the hook and into the next CH - DC into the top of the next DC below - SL ST into the next 3 CH below (heart made) - SC into the same CH-3 space - CH 8 - SC in the same CH-3 space - CH 15 - SC into the same CH-3 space - SC in each of the next 3 DC* repeat 5 more times, SL ST in the starting SC and fasten off.

Materials:

Crochet Thread No. 10

Crochet Hook Size 1.75 mm

Stitches & Abbreviations:

CH - Chain(s)

SL ST - Slip Stitch

STS - Stitches

SC - Single Crochet

DC - Double Crochet

Pattern:

Chain 7 and SL ST in the first CH to form a ring.

Round 1: CH 3 (count as DC) 2 DC in the ring, CH 3, *3 DC in the ring, CH 3* repeat 5 more times. Eliminate the last CH 3, instead make a triple crochet in the 3rd CH of the starting CH 3.

Round 2: CH 3 (count as DC) 2 DC - CH 3 - 3 DC in the triple crochet space. * 3 DC - CH 3 - 3 DC in the next CH-3 space* repeat 5 more times. SL ST in the 3rd CH of the starting CH 3.

Round 3: SL ST in each of the next 2 STS, *3 SC in CH-3 space - CH 15* repeat 5 more times. SL ST in the first SC.

Round 4: CH 1, { SC in each of the next 3 stitches *chain 3 - sc in chain 15 space * repeat 5 more times, CH 3} repeat 5 times. Slip stitch to the first sc to join.

Round 5: Ch 1 {SC in the first ST - CH 8 - DC in the 3rd CH from the hook and in each of the next 2 CH - CH 4 - DC in the 3rd CH from the hook - DC in the next CH and DC in the top of 3rd DC of the first DC group - SL ST in each of the next 3 CH below (heart made) - skip the next ST - SC in the next ST - *CH 3 - SC in the next CH-3 space* repeat 6 times - CH 3} repeat 5 more times. SL ST in the starting SC and fasten off.

Pattern:

Start with magic ring

Round 1: *5 sc in the ring, chain 15* repeat 6 times. Slip stitch in the first sc to join.

Round 2: *skip the first sc, sc in the next 3 sc, skip the next sc - 8 sc in chain 15 space, chain 4, slip stitch in the 4th chain (picot made), 5 sc in chain 15 space in - chain 8, dc in the 3rd chain and in the next 2 chains, chain 4, dc in the 3rd chain and in the next chain and in the top of 3rd dc of the first dc group (heart made) - slip stitch in the 3 chains below - 5 sc in chain 15 space, chain 4, slip stitch in the 4th chain (picot made), 8 sc in the same chain 15 space* repeat around. And fasten off.
